What is therapy like?

The most important step in this process is for you to come in and feel comfortable sharing about your current life events. We can talk about your past, childhood experiences, relationships, stressors, anything that is pressing to you in that moment. You lead our time together and I will guide you in a non judgmental safe environment for you.

Therapy is most beneficial when you come to weekly sessions and participate actively in the process. However, it isn't always possible to meet every week and that is also ok, I work with you where you are and depending on your specific needs therapy can be short term or long term.



Payments: Blossom Therapy accepts payment in the form of cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at each session or clients may choose to prepay for several sessions in advance.

Cancellations: The office has a 24-hour cancellation policy and less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. Clients may leave messages or text as needed. Calls will be returned within 24 hours.
